The instructor’s presentation style was very good and the walk through schematics was very helpful. Knowing how everything is supposed to work so if there are problems, troubleshooting should be quicker and easier.


I had a damaged backplane of a Mark VI control chassis during peak season that took my unit out of services. This assembly was not in GE stock and had a long lead time and hefty price tag. Roger McLean of GTC hooked me up! He diligently used his resources and located a chassis for us, sent us pics to ensure it was like a replacement, inspected it and shipped it directly to us the next day. The part was brand new and exactly as it was described with a fair price to boot. GTC is the sole reason I was able to minimize my downtime due to a controls failure.


Gas Turbine Controls helped us in an emergency situation when our plant was down and the cable went bad. We called their after-hours emergency hotline and GTC went above and beyond to get us a new EX2100 cable. They met us on a Saturday over 200 miles away from their office. We were able to rectify the issue and were impressed by the service GTC did to accommodate the return. GTC has outstanding customer service and we would recommend them to others.


Gas Turbine Controls went above and beyond to help us to get up and running. Roger at Gas Turbine Controls answered a phone 5 minutes prior to them closing on a Friday. He stayed late to make sure we were taken care of, and personally delivered the Mark VI card we needed to the UPS store on his own time – the best customer service in the business! This isn’t the first time they have gone out of their way to help us out and I am sure it won’t be the last! Thanks, GTC!


I received a very fast response and excellent help from your staff regarding spares and all options were explained. Your engineer visited for the first time and performed well in a strange environment and challenging situation. As our equipment ages, finding replacement parts becomes more difficult. It was great to find someone with parts on stock. Overall, I was impressed by the excellent service and the very helpful, friendly staff.


Gas Turbine Controls rushed a vital component which was needed to get our UK plant up and running. They expedited the process by means of hand delivering the card to the airline, which in turn, landed in the United Kingdom the next morning early from the United States. This service helped reduce downtime by probably a day. Thank you GTC, for your expedient customer service to the critical issue.


We were in a forced outage and urgently needed a circuit board for our GE Speedtronic Mark IV turbine control. An engineer working at our plant told us about GTC and we called you up. Your sales team was very responsive! Knowing we were down, you rushed us the board that day, even though it was late in the afternoon and we were not able to issue a purchase order until the next day. We received and installed the board early next morning and we were able to get back online less than 24 hours after we called. Thank you!

After a major component failed on our Excitation System in a massive snow storm, GE did not have any of this item in stock and had a long lead time to supply it, we called GTC and had a replacement part the very next day. Roger and Peter went above and beyond to make sure we got this part ASAP, even in blizzard conditions.
